Data Management/Customer Care Specialist

Position Summary:

We are currently seeking a motivated, hard- working candidate for the position of Data Management/Customer Care Specialist to provide superior customer service to new and existing EnTrust clients.


  • Create client work orders from fax, email and web orders
  • Assist clients with questions regarding account information and requests
  • Coordinate and process rush and emergency client file requests
  • Complete database research on missing client files, tapes or containers and maintain client contact
  • Complete client data entry
  • Complete closing of work orders on a daily basis
  • Complete filing of all work orders
  • Answer telephone, forward callers and take messages
  • Ensure all clients are greeted, signed in and given a badge
  • Work closely with warehouse and driver’s teams
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

  • Must have strong Windows based computer skills (Excel 2013)
  • Accurate data entry
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task with a strong attention to detail
  • Adept at problem solving
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with constantly changing priorities and deadlines
  • Ability to demonstrate a positive attitude, accountability and team commitment
  • Able to lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds without accommodation

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED/ Post high school courses a plus
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service environment
