Our Richmond facility has two separate warehouses with more than 215,000 square feet of storage capabilities. That’s more than FOUR football fields worth of racks for your boxes.
Security Measures –
- We have controlled access to our facilities at all times.
- Employees have an access code for entry in the building after hours.
- Our facilities are monitored 24/7
- Our main visitor entrance is a secure entrance with a camera for visitors and contractors to display identification.
- Once inside they are required to wear a badge while on site.
- Our employees all must go through a criminal background check and a drug testing program to include random testing.
Vault –
- Provide secured, climate controlled space for data tapes for our customers.
- The Vault air temperatures and humidity setting are operated independently from the rest of the facilities.
- The Vault has its own fire suppression system.
- Separately controlled by an independent security system.

In 2007, EnTrust acquired Lion-Heart Records Management in Newport News, Virginia. Not only did this enable us to reach our eastern shore customers more conveniently, but also added 15,000 square feet of storage space to serve them better.
