After Hours Customer Calls
As a reminder to all customers we offer 24 hour service for those customers who may require after hour delivery of records and/or tapes. When you dial either of our numbers 804-358-4035 or 804-358-8077 after normal business hours, you will be prompted to dial 9 to reach Hello, Inc., our answering service. They have been instructed to ask you if this is your first or second call. They will then instruct you to call back if you have not heard from someone from EnTrust within 15 minutes.
All of this will ensure that we are able to meet your needs in a timely fashion 24 hours a day.
